Settlement, Postponements and Special Rules

  • Market settlement. The outcome of a market is settled when determined by official sources. If the official result is published after the match's normal duration, settlement follows the timestamp of the official decision. Markets stating inclusion of overtime will be settled accordingly if applicable, with penalties considered only where expressly stated in the market.
  • Postponed or abandoned events. If a match is postponed or abandoned, the Sportsbook reserves the right to void or settle Bets in accordance with the published market description and within defined timeframes (e.g., a 48-hour window for continuations). If a match is resumed within 48 hours, settled markets may reflect the resumed result; otherwise, undecided Bets may be voided and stakes refunded as described in the market terms.
  • Play-or-Pay for outrights. Outright markets (short-term and long-term) may be subject to a Play-or-Pay rule: Bets on participants stand as normal even if the listed participant cannot take part, and are settled as losses where applicable. Heads-to-head markets exclude this rule; individual performance markets may be voided if a participant is replaced.
  • VAR and settlement. If a Video Assistant Referee decision conflicts with the original on-field decision and affects a Bet placed between the incident and the final decision, those Bets may be voided unless the odds offered were unaffected by the VAR decision.
  • Two-decimal digit display and rounding. Odds shown to two decimal places; total odds are calculated to six decimals and total winnings are truncated to two decimals. Any discrepancy is attributable to the rounding rules described herein.
  • Settlement timeframe. The maximum time between settlement of a betslip and any potential re-settlement is 30 days.
